Clearwater Mall is home to 223 shops and is a premier and upscale shopping destination in the North West suburbs of Johannesburg on the rapidly expanding residential corridor along Hendrik Potgieter Drive, at the intersection of the main East-West arterial Christiaan de Wet Road. It is one of the best Malls in Roodepoort.

It’s a destination for the whole family filled with world-class shopping, excellent entertainment with a full cinema complex by Nu Metro with 3D technology, Airsoft Range, and Indy Kart (Go-karting).

There are several up-market restaurants, fast food outlets, and coffee shops. There are two big jungle gyms for kids 12 years and younger – one in front of McDonald’s which is open to anyone and one in front of Spur which can be used by Spur customers.

Be greeted by an open-air Piazza with a retractable roof that allows for an indoor-outdoor environment to enjoy your meals and coffees under the blue skies when the weather permits it.

Clearwater Mall has 9 entrances. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 are located on the Lower Level 6, 7, 8, and 9 are located on the Upper Level.  Pay stations for parking payments are available at each entrance.

Clearwater Mall now offers Tap & Go facilities at the booms. Allowing you to tap your card upon entry and tapping your card to pay when exiting the mall – no tickets are needed for this facility.

Both our male and female toilets are located on the Lower Level next to Spur, Shoe City, HP Store, Forever New, Donna, Doppio Zero and Jessica’s Cafe, and on the Upper Level next to Café Rousse.

There are 3 baby change rooms, one on the upper level (behind Café Rousse) and the second on the lower level (1 behind Doppio Zero and 1 behind Anat). The family rooms and baby change rooms are clean and comfortable and we have a cleaner on duty ensuring that the change rooms stay clean and fresh.

There are two family rooms, one located on the Upper Level behind Café Rousse and the other on the Lower Level behind Jessica’s, for parents to assist their children.

Disabled parking bays can be found at all Lower Level entrances and Entrances 7 and 9 on the Upper Level, with toilet facilities in toilet passages. Lifts can be found at all entrances and in the Piazza area. Free wheelchair hire can be done at the mall’s Information Desk at Entrance 2 on the Lower Level or the mall’s Centre Management office reception outside Entrance 7 on the Upper Level.

Different from all the other Malls of Roodepoort, a Salaah prayer room is located outside Entrance 2 under the parking ramp. All Muslim customers can visit the mall’s Guest Relations Desk at Entrance 2 or Centre Management Reception outside Entrance 7 for the access code.

There are over 5000 parking bays available at Clearwater Mall, with a choice of covered parking at Entrances 1, 2, 3 and 5 on the Lower Level and covered parking on the Upper Level. The only open parking is at Entrance 4 next to Christiaan de Wet Road and a portion of open bays at Entrance 5, behind the Car wash.

As per the new National smoking legislation, smoking in an enclosed and public area is illegal unless the area is deemed a smoking area. Please note that no smoking is allowed in the Undercover parking areas of the centre.

There is a baby changing Pod located at Entrance 2 where you can change, feed and rest your baby.
