All the mall facilities are accessible to disabled persons via ramps and/or lifts. All parking areas have specially allocated parking bays for the exclusive use of disabled persons. Highveld Mall has implemented its own Disabled Parking Disc system with the blessing of the Highveld Society for the Disabled and is exclusively available to Highveld Mall. You can apply for your Permanent, Temporary or Drop off and Pick up only Highveld Mall disabled parking disc at the Highveld Mall Centre Management offices.
Highveld Mall offers a secure shopping environment with 24-hour outsourced security provided by Fidelity Security. The safety and comfort of our shoppers are a priority at Highveld Mall and to this end Centre Management and Fidelity liaise regularly with the local SAPS and various Community Policing groups. The Security office is located next door to Centre Management just off the Food court.
