It is situated 15 km north-west of Vredenburg and 145 km north of Cape Town, at Cape Columbine between Saldanha Bay and St Helena Bay. It is a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life for a duo or family getaway.

For those looking for luxury accommodation, there are good options to be found. If you are travelling in a larger group then you can get more value for money in some of the self-catering lodgings that offer much more space.
We have separated this list into the ones we consider best overall, and also set aside more affordable lodgings and self-catering apartments. Most of the accommodation does not accommodate for children younger than 12 years of age.
